Maria Kolesnikova (Bishkek) is an environmental activist, head of the MoveGreen youth association, Tereshkevich award winner. Maria Kolesnikova and MoveGreen’s eco-initiatives united the main representatives of Bishkek’s environmental movement and resulted in Kyrgyz Republic’s Prime Minister forming a special committee under the Kyrgyz government to improve the environmental situation in Bishkek. Her project, #ВоздухвБишкеке (AirinBishkek), sparked interest in United Nations, and Kolesnikova was invited to Geneva to give a speech about the work of environmental activists in KR at the anniversary event celebrating 20 years of the Aarhus Convention.

Zere (Bishkek) is an activist, musician, singer, author of Kyz song and video.
